How do I return or exchange an item?
We check our products thoroughly before we send them to you. We take care to package them so that they reach you in the same condition.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you experience a problem with your purchase, please email us at hello@livebrightgreen.com and we will support you as best we can.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
You will only be charged upon completion of check out, so be sure to double-check your purchases before you confirm.
Our official payment gateway is Stripe. Stripe accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay. We also accept payments by PayPal and PayNow.
When placing your order, please wait for the successful payment confirmation page before closing the window. This will ensure that your order has been received.

Can I purchase items in bulk?
Yes! We offer bulk purchases for stores and businesses within Singapore . To place a bulk order, please email hello@livebrightgreen.com Our team will be happy to assist you with your request.
How can I purchase an item that is showing as sold out?
Some of our products may be limited in quantity, but we will try our best to help you find what you are looking for.
Please email hello@livebrightgreen.com and include a screenshot and/or the name of the product you are looking for. We will do our best to assist you.
Why was plastic packaging used for my order?
We are committed to using very minimal plastic when packing your order. If packaging is required, we prefer to use cornstarch peanuts which are biodegradable.
However, for some items, we may need to use more robust packaging to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
Any and all plastic packaging you may receive (ie, bubble wrap) is reused from other orders, never new.
How can I order a branded product for a corporate gift?
We would be happy to help you source branded products for corporate gifts. Please email hello@livebrightgreen.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We provide international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand. Prices start at SGD $20 and include tracking.
If you would like to arrange shipping to a country that is not listed, please contact us at hello@livebrightgreen.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: liquids and gels are not able to be shipped internationally at this time.
