I met Leigh through the Lady StartUps program in February 2020. Since then, we have connected on various social media platforms and followed the path of each other’s businesses. Recently Leigh reached out to invite me to be a guest on her podcast, ExtraOrdinary Humans, and I was excited to talk to her.

Leigh is an absolute character and a laugh a minute. Our conversation was jovial yet serious. We discussed everything from the impact of sustainability on employee engagement and productivity, to how Millennials and future generations will vote with their feet when it comes to choosing which business to work for.

We had a jovial yet serious chat, which I sense will be the first of many.

Sadly, Leigh’s podcast is no longer available to listen to. But I can’t bring myself to delete this post :)
